Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods, new drops, or sales, processing may take slightly longer — but we always work to get your order out as fast as possible.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia‑wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
may take 7-14 business days.
Please contact us if you are needing a faster shipping,
due to being a small business we aim to do our best to meet your time frame but may have delays because of peak orders.
Tracking
All orders come with tracking numbers.
You’ll receive your tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
If for any reason, you havent received tracking after 2 business days, please contact us.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
All prices on our website are in AUD and include GST.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been shipped, SKIGH is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, we will assist you in lodging an investigation with the courier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
SKIGH is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Pre‑Orders & Custom Items
If your order includes pre‑order or custom items, your entire order will ship once all items are ready.

Once your order has been dispatched, SKIGH is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by Australia Post or any third‑party courier services. Any delivery concerns must be directed to the carrier using your tracking number.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. SKIGH is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
