At SKIGH, we want you to love your pieces.

This Refund Policy outlines your rights under Australian Consumer Law and how we handle returns, exchanges, and faulty items.

1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
•     Change of mind
•     Choosing the wrong size
•     Deciding you no longer want the item
Please check our size guide carefully before purchasing.

2. Custom & Made‑to‑Order Items
Custom items — including custom sneakers or personalised pieces — are non‑refundable unless faulty.
Small variations in colour, placement, or embellishment are normal due to the handmade process.

3. Faulty or Defective Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item is:
•     Faulty
•     Not as described
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
•     Your order number
•     Photos or videos showing the issue
We will assess the item and provide the appropriate remedy (repair, replacement, or refund).

4. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged:
•     Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
•     Include photos of the item and packaging
We will fix the issue as quickly as possible.
 

5. Returns Process
If your return is approved:
•     We will provide return instructions
•     Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached
•     Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
We recommend using tracked postage, as SKIGH is not responsible for lost return parcels.

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

7. Sale Items
Sale items, discounted items, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
