    Tracking Your Order

    Eligibility

    We accept returns and exchanges on full‑priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

    Refunds & Store Credit

    Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or faulty.

    We do not offer refunds for change‑of‑mind purchases. Eligible returns will receive store credit once the item has been inspected and approved.

    Your hoodie is crafted from extra‑thick 100% cotton and embellished with hand‑placed Swarovski rhinestones. To preserve its softness, structure, and sparkle, please follow these care instructions carefully.

    Washing

    • Turn the hoodie inside out before washing to protect the rhinestones.

    • Use cold water only.

    • Select a gentle or delicate cycle.

    • Wash separately or with similar soft garments to avoid abrasion.

    • Use a mild, liquid detergent. Avoid bleach, stain removers, or harsh chemicals.

    Drying

    • Do not tumble dry. Heat can weaken adhesive and damage rhinestones.

    • Lay the hoodie flat to dry on a clean towel, reshaping it gently.

    • Keep away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

    Ironing

    • Turn inside out and use a low‑heat setting.
