    • Turn the hoodie inside out before washing to protect the rhinestones.

    • Select a gentle or delicate cycle.

    • Wash separately or with similar soft garments to avoid abrasion.

    • Use a mild, liquid detergent. Avoid bleach, stain removers, or harsh chemicals.

    Drying

    Eligibility

    We accept returns and exchanges on full‑priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

    Refunds & Store Credit

    Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or faulty.

    We do not offer refunds for change‑of‑mind purchases. Eligible returns will receive store credit once the item has been inspected and approved.

    How to Request a Return
