Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Perth Metro: Delivery within 1–2 days once shipped.
• Rest of Australia & International: Delivery times vary by region and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: delivery delays may occur due to postal service disruptions or customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Pre‑Order & Made‑to‑Order Items
If your order includes pre‑order or made‑to‑order pieces, shipping will occur once the item is completed. Estimated timeframes will be listed on the product page.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Skigh is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
